General Reservation Questions

How many hours can I reserve a table or chairs?

Reservations are done in 24 hour time blocks. Unless otherwise approved, reserving items beyond this window will be considered a reservation for an additional day.

I'm having trouble reserving my tables and chairs. Can you help?

Absolutely!

We've set up the website to be simple and as hands-off as possible to make your reservation experience easy.

However, sometimes technical issues happen! If that's the case, feel free to reach out to us to Get a Quote and we'll help get you scheduled.

Do you set the tables up and take them down?

The delivery fee does not include set up or tear down of items. We offer set up and tear down for a fee.

Why would I rent a table if I can buy one?

Finding a quality table to buy at an affordable price can be a challenge. Even if you find one, it is possible that you won't use it enough to justify the cost.

Renting also helps you avoid storing, caring for, and transporting the tables.

When you rent, this is all taken care of for you!

Delivery + Scheduling

How much is the delivery fee?

Most who reside within Ashland, OH city limits are only $20.

Additional delivery charges within our delivery area can be up to $50-$200 depending on distance.

You can find your delivery cost by adding your address at checkout.

What is included in the delivery fee?

Our delivery fee covers round-trip transportation, including unloading and reloading at your site. Items are delivered to a single location within 20 feet of the trailer.

What time will my order be delivered?

Deliveries typically occur on the morning of your reservation, but exact delivery window will be scheduled with you via email or text prior to the day of your event.

Do I have to be home for delivery?

You are not required to present; however, you are required to sign the agreement prior to delivery. This will me emailed to you prior to delivery.

Can I pick up my own tables?

At this time, we do not allow pick ups.
