Refund policy

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY:

Refunds will be not be issued for cancellations made by the customer. Ashland Tables and Chairs is not responsible for delays and or cancellations caused by weather; however, existing reservation dates may be moved due to delayed or rescheduled event depending on available inventory.

Ashland Tables and Chairs reserves the right to cancel rentals for outdoor events when affected by weather and other causes beyond Ashland Table and Chairs control. This includes acts of God, war, civil disorder, fire, communicable diseases, other emergencies or crisis including both named and unnamed storms, windstorms and hurricanes, which would prohibit the safe set up and usage of such items and/or inhibit delivery. Due to insurance regulations and safety requirements, this decision is to be made only by Ashland Tables and Chairs, and includes the right to strike existing setups.
