3 Cozy Fall and Winter Events That Call for Table and Chair Rentals

Most of the time when people think about planning an event, late spring and summer come to mind. In the event rental space, that's our busiest season! But, the later months of the year can also bring about opportunity for some more low-key events that call for table and chair rentals.

Even gatherings that are small sometimes require the need for extra seating, so we're going to tell you the top 3 events that our customers host during the fall and winter months:

1. Thanksgiving Dinner

If you've ever hosted a Thanksgiving meal, you know how quickly space fills up. Not only do you need to worry about seating for all the people, but there is also typically a need for more table space for all that food! The capacity of the average person's dining room and kitchen hits its max pretty quickly. To accommodate, hosts will often place extra tables and chairs in the living room, downstairs, even in the garage! People will often rent the six foot tables for events that are inside because they take up less room and can still fit up to 8 people.

2. Cookie Baking

Not every event requires seating; some just need a lot of extra table space. Families will often make cookie baking a tradition and sometimes it draws more of a crowd than Thanksgiving or Christmas meals! In these instances, customers just ask for a table or two to let those fresh baked cookies cool off before they're packaged up. For this we recommend the eight foot tables, because you can fit A LOT of cookies on an eight foot table.

3. Christmas Party

Some folks love a good Christmas party, and we love to help with those too! Set ups for this usually vary quite a bit, but we get requests for a mix of tables and chairs to accommodate the need for guests who are both standing to mingle and sitting to eat throughout the evening. For more formal affairs, customers will rent tablecloths.
