What dates should I select on the calendar for a one-day event?
If your event is just one day, make sure to select the same date for both the start and end of your rental. This lets us know it’s a one-day event, and we’ll plan delivery and pickup accordingly. You won’t be charged extra even if we need to drop off early or pick up the next day.
Do I need to rent for an extra day to allow time for delivery or pickup?
Nope! We schedule delivery and pickup times based on your event details, which you’ll provide in the cart before checkout.
For a one-day event, be sure to select the same start and end date on the calendar. This tells us it’s a single-day rental, and we’ll still coordinate delivery and pickup around your event time.
If your event is on a Saturday, for example, we may deliver the day before and pick up the day after, and you won’t be charged extra. You only pay for your actual event day.
When will my order be delivered and picked up?
Deliveries usually take place the morning of your event, but we’ll confirm an exact time with you by email or text before your event day.
Pickups are scheduled based on your event end time and our overall route for that day—we’ll make sure you’re in the loop!
Do I have to be present for delivery and/or pickup?
No, you're not required to be there, but we do ask that you sign the rental agreement ahead of time. If you won’t be available during delivery, we can email the agreement to you in advance. Just be sure to provide clear instructions for where we should unload the equipment—we’ll handle the rest!
Do you provide setup for the canopy tents?
Regular reservations do not include set up. Our canopy tents are designed to be easy for customers to set up themselves, with clear instructions included.
If you’d prefer, setup service is available for an additional fee—just let us know when booking!
Do I need to take the tent down after my event?
No, we’ll take the tent down after your event so we can inspect and re-package.
How much is the charge for delivery?
Delivery and pick up included in the same fee and is based on location from a central location in Ashland, OH. Actual fee will be calculated based on delivery address input at checkout.
Delivery Cost:
0-5 miles: $20 delivery fee
5-10 miles: $50 delivery fee
10-15 miles: $100 delivery fee
15-20 miles: $150 delivery fee
20-25 miles: $200 delivery fee
