The Most Common Questions Our Customers Ask

Sometimes planning an event can involve more logistics than expected and when you have to manage budget, time, and attendees it can become downright overwhelming. We find that we get a lot of the same questions about reservations over and over again, so we're sharing these to help you with your next reservation!

 

1. What is the delivery radius?

  • We offer delivery within about 20 miles of our location in Ashland, OH.

2. Do you take reservations from those outside of Ashland County?

  • As of June 2024, we will make deliveries to those outside of Ashland County provided they are still within the 20 mile radius

3. How is the delivery fee calculated?

  • The delivery fee is based on distance from our location to yours. Most addresses within the city of Ashland are a $20 delivery fee. Areas outside of city limits range from $50-$200 which includes both delivery and pick up.

4. Can you accommodate specific time requests for drop off and pick up?

  • Usually! We have a typical drop off and pick up window but know that doesn't work for every event. We generally schedule delivery and pick up a few weeks before the event date, but if you want to ensure we can honor your timeframe just let us know when you place your order.

5. Do I have to be present when you drop off my reservation?

  • No, as long as the rental agreement is signed prior to delivery you do not need to be present. We just need to know where to put your items!

6. When will you process my payment?

  • While we capture payment information at checkout, we typically do not run the card on file until your drop off has been scheduled. The only exception to this is if a reservation is scheduled several months out. Credit card companies only authorize payments for a designated period time and, in this instance, we would need to capture the payment before the authorization expires.

7. How often do you add new inventory?

  • All the time! We are pretty much always in the process of increasing stock or adding new items to our inventory. If there is something you want for your next event and you don't see it on our website, reach out! We might have it in stock but not uploaded to the site yet.

8. Are the company owners local?

  • Yes! We are a family owned business with deep roots in the Ashland community. When we drop off your reservation, you'll see us with our two  children who help with deliveries and pickups.
